1. Introduction
The Over the Top Promotions Referral Program is an exciting opportunity for our valued clients to receive exclusive rewards by referring new customers to our services. This program is open to current clients who wish to refer team members from their organization to benefit from our high-quality promotional products and services. Please review these terms thoroughly, as participation in this program indicates your acceptance of the outlined terms.

2. Applicable Law
The Referral Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. By participating in this program, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to the program will be handled under Australian law and fall within the jurisdiction of Australian courts. In cases where any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining portions shall continue to be enforceable and in effect.

3. Promotion Rules
•    Program Duration: The Referral Program runs from November 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024. Any referrals and resulting orders outside this period are not eligible for rewards under this promotion.
•    Eligibility:
o    Referrer: To be eligible as a referrer, you must be a current Over the Top Promotions client who has placed an order with us in the 12 months preceding the referral date.
o    Referral: The referred individual must be a team member within the referrer’s organization and should not have previously placed an order with Over the Top Promotions.
•    Reward Structure: For each eligible referral, referrers can earn a VISA gift card based on the total value of the referred client’s initial order (excluding GST and delivery charges). Rewards are structured as follows:
o    Orders over $1,000: Receive a $250 VISA gift card
o    Orders over $2,500: Receive a $500 VISA gift card
o    Orders over $5,000: Receive a $1,000 VISA gift card
•    Order Requirements: Only orders placed with Over the Top Promotions between November 1, 2024, and December 15, 2024, are eligible for this referral program. To ensure proper tracking, the referred client must use the program code PARTNER24 at the time of order placement. This code confirms the referral and qualifies the order for reward processing.

4. Prize Details
The VISA gift cards will be awarded according to the qualifying order amounts specified above. Gift cards are distributed as a reward for referrals and are not transferable to any other party. The VISA gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment. Over the Top Promotions reserves the right to substitute the gift card with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5. Validity
The Referral Program is valid exclusively from November 1, 2024, to December 15, 2024. All referral-related orders must be placed and completed within this timeframe. Any orders placed after December 15, 2024, will not qualify for rewards under this program, regardless of when the referral was made.

6. Exclusions
Prices on referral orders are based strictly on Over the Top Promotions’ standard pricing. This means that any discounts, price matching, or additional promotional offers are not applicable on orders placed as part of this referral program. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain fair pricing for all participants.

7. Personal Data Protection
Over the Top Promotions is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and program participants. Any personal information collected during this Referral Program will be used solely for program administration, such as processing rewards, verifying eligibility, and contacting participants as necessary.
